This Privacy Policy explains what information Lien Waiver Manager ("we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account information — your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Business and job data you enter — company name and address, signer name, customer names, job addresses, property owner names, contract amounts, and other details you type in to generate waivers. This can include other people's names and addresses if you enter them (e.g., a property owner or customer).
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive confirmation of payment and a reference ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate the Service: to create and store your jobs and waiver records, generate PDF documents, process subscription payments, and provide customer support if you contact us.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the service providers that make the app work:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Netlify — hosts the application itself.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in our database with access controls that ensure only you can read or modify your own jobs, waivers, and settings. No method of storing or transmitting data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Canceling a subscription does not delete your data — your past jobs and waiver records remain available to you (you just won't be able to create new ones without an active plan or credit). 6. Your Choices

You can update your company/signer defaults at any time in Settings, delete individual waiver records yourself from the Records screen, and request full account deletion by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
